2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), full name (if provided)
Profile Data: Divorce stage, initiator of divorce, reasons, religion (if provided during onboarding)
Financial Data: Monthly income, financial items (entered by you for tracking)
Case File Data: Events, dates, notes, and documents you add to your personal case file
Communications: Messages sent via the contact form or support email

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Technical Data: Browser type, device type, IP address (for security)
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration
Cookies: Essential cookies required for login and app functionality

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Tranzila Ltd., a licensed payment processor regulated by the Bank of Israel. We never see, store, or handle your credit card numbers, CVV, or expiration dates. Tranzila sends us only a confirmation of successful payment and a transaction reference.

To create and manage your account
To provide the Fortismaxe service (AI guidance, tracking tools, resources)
To process subscription payments (via Tranzila)
To send service-related emails (subscription confirmations, password resets, important updates)
To respond to your support requests
To improve the platform based on aggregated usage patterns
To comply with legal obligations

We do NOT:

Sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties
Use your data to train AI models
Share your case file or financial data with anyone outside the service
Send marketing emails without your explicit consent

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate Fortismaxe:

Supabase (database & authentication) — Data stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Supabase Privacy Policy

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Encrypted passwords (bcrypt via Supabase Auth)
Row-Level Security (RLS) in the database — users can only access their own data
Regular security audits of third-party providers

However, no internet service is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Active Accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active
Closed Accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless legal requirements mandate longer retention (e.g., tax records for 7 years per Israeli law)
Backups: Encrypted backups rotated every 30 days

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of your data
Correction: Update inaccurate information
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
Portability: Export your data in a standard format
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from non-essential emails

8. Children's Privacy

Fortismaxe is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a minor has registered, we will delete the account.

9. International Users

Fortismaxe is operated from Israel, and data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these jurisdictions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
