1. About Fortismaxe

Fortismaxe is a digital companion platform for men navigating separation, divorce, and family disputes. The service provides AI-assisted guidance, case tracking tools, financial protection features, and emotional support resources.

Fortismaxe is operated by Imad Abu Younis, Osek Patur license 034580936, based in Sakhnin, Israel.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Service Description

3.1 What Fortismaxe Provides

• Personal case file organization
• Event and deadline tracking
• Financial planning tools
• AI-powered informational guidance (via Anthropic Claude)
• Educational resources on divorce-related topics
• Emotional support features

3.2 What Fortismaxe Does NOT Provide

• Legal representation or legal advice
• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Psychological therapy or crisis intervention
• Financial advice regulated under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice Law
• Guaranteed outcomes in legal, financial, or personal matters

4. Subscription & Pricing

4.1 Pricing Plans

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed via Tranzila in Israeli Shekels (ILS) at the exchange rate at time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Tranzila Ltd., a licensed payment processor regulated by the Bank of Israel.
• We do not store your credit card information.
• Subscription is a one-time payment for 6 months — no automatic renewal at this time.

4.3 Tax & Receipts

• Fortismaxe operates under Osek Patur status — VAT (מע״מ) is not charged.
• A payment receipt (קבלה) will be issued via Tranzila upon successful payment.
• Users are responsible for their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY considered in the following limited cases:

• Payment was made but the account was never activated (technical error)
• Duplicate charge due to payment system error
• You did NOT log in after payment AND request refund within 48 hours

5.2 Non-Refundable Cases

You will NOT receive a refund if:

• You have logged in to the platform even once after payment
• You used any feature of the service
• You change your mind after access
• You are dissatisfied with outcomes in your personal legal/financial situation
• You cannot access the service due to issues with your own device/internet

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Impersonate other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Fortismaxe content
• Use the AI features to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Post illegal, defamatory, or harmful content in your case file

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All Fortismaxe content, design, logos, and features are owned by us and protected by copyright.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of data you input (case files, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service.
• Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

8. Privacy

Your use of Fortismaxe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@fortismaxe.com. Your active subscription will continue until its expiration date — you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse other users or staff
• Chargeback a legitimate payment

In cases of termination for violation, no refund will be issued.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Professional Advice

Fortismaxe provides general information and organizational tools. It does NOT replace professional legal, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortismaxe and its owner shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Outcomes of legal proceedings, divorce cases, or personal disputes
• Decisions made based on information from the platform
• Third-party services referenced on the platform

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortismaxe and Imad Abu Younis from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.

12.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at support@fortismaxe.com.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
